IL VIKI
Grechetto IGP
DESCRIPTION:
Viki is the result of a blend of indigenous Grechetto grapes and a small percentage of Viognier grapes that captivates with its aromatic richness and personality. On the palate it is enveloping and deep, with great aromatic persistence, hints of yellow flowers, mango and yellow peach, which finds a perfect gustative equilibrium in the intact freshness and a clear mineral vein.
After a 24-hour maceration on the skins at temperatures close to zero, fermentation begins in steel containers with indigenous yeasts. The wine then matures in steel for about 9 months and completes its ageing with another 4 months in the bottle before leaving the cellar.
