Il Rosaspina
Rosato Umbria IGT
DESCRIPTION:
Rosaspina made from pure Syrah grapes is a fresh rosé characterised by a very pleasant soft pink colour with luminous reflections. The nose is fine and elegant. Hints of fruit and delicate flowers are immediately perceptible: first of all peach, then redcurrant and jasmine. On the palate it is well balanced thanks to a ripe and satisfying fruit, with a notable fresh-savoury verve that announces a fresh and persistent finish.
After static decantation, the free-run juice is vinified white in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C with selected indigenous yeasts. The wine then matures for a period of 5-6 months in steel tanks and completes its maturation with 3 months in the bottle before release.
